Reno, you take a bottle pretty well now; about two a day on average. You are ok with cereal, but now we've added the real stuff. So far you've had green beans, peas, and squash. That is also the order in which you like them, squash being your favorite.
Reno, you can almost sit up by yourself. You improve a little every day. You can roll both ways. You get up on your knees and push your face down in the carpet to push forward. You also get up on your arms really well and push backward. Thank goodness you haven't put the two together.
Reno, you like to play with tags, teething toys, anything brightly colored that you find laying around. Speaking of teething toys, no teeth yet but I think it'll be soon. You look like you're always shaking your head "no" but I'm pretty sure it's because it feels good on your gums. We also finally got you to take the pacifier. Fingers are still good to chew on, but no thumb sucking.
You are sort of onto this carseat thing and have thrown a few fits. "Sorry 'bout ya boy", you are staying buckled. Sister is great about holding your hand or cramming that paci in your mouth.
Speaking of sister, you love her!! Never fails if I think she is being too rough, you think it's hilarious. The rougher the better. I'm not sure if I'm excited about ya'll playing together or dreading it.
Overall you are pretty serious, especially with people you aren't around all the time. It never fails you always frown at Tripp. Of course all he does to entertain is say "hey boy!!".
Oh and don't you love those athletic shorts? They go all the way to his ankles, pretty funny!!
Peas aren't half bad......
but this tag is pretty cool too.
Yes, that is what I call you most the time. Lots of mamas call their babies or kiddos "love" or some eww-gooey thing like that. That isn't really me. Scout is "plum" and I think "cuss" is good for him.
